chest voice exercises
Falsetto is actually the pure form of the "head voice". Every man should,
hopefully be able to create the falsetto. .Falsetto
Test I have had, over the years, a
few who couldn't make the falsetto, however that was a rare occurrence. If you
find that you cannot create the falsetto, work some of the Chest voice exercises
very softly for a while and then try again to make the falsetto. Why do
we want to be able to create this sound. There are several reasons. First,
it allows us to balance the voice evenly between the head and chest voice.
After you have worked on the falsetto a while you will start blending it with
the chest voice. It will then begin to take on more and more of the
characteristics of the low voice. Falsetto
demo This is often referred to as the
coordinated falsetto. A counter tenor is someone who takes the coordinated falsetto to the
extreme by neglecting the chest voice until the voice is dominated by the head
voice with very little chest voice left. Our goal, accept in a few cases,
such as rock singers who like to use a coordinated falsetto in their music, is
to evenly balance the head and chest voice.
Start with the first exercise and work your way down. After you have been
able to do all of the falsetto exercises you can start on the blending
exercises. However, don't be in a hurry. Be sure that you can do al
of the falsetto exercise.
